
Customer Support Advocate

The position of Customer Support Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional support to customers, ensuring prompt and professional interactions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-level support, responding to customer queries with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Troubleshoot technical problems, replicate reported issues, and identify root causes.
- Escalate complex technical issues requiring development interventions.
- Communicate effectively with the development team, providing detailed issue documentation.
- Guide customers through product features and functionalities.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions using support tools.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding tickets to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify common issues and contribute to support documentation and FAQs.
- Continuously improve the support process by providing feedback from customer interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product and its features to provide effective support.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 1+ years of experience working with international customers.
- Proven experience in a customer support or technical support role.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and support platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a remote position that requires working US hours (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM PST). The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Technical Skills- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Punctuality and dependability are essential.
- Ability to stay calm and perform well under stressful conditions.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 1+ years of experience working with international customers.
