Lead Graphic Designer Position

The primary objective of this role is to provide high-quality graphic design solutions that cater to the needs of clients. As a lead designer, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing creative ideas and concepts to meet client objectives;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process;
  • Participating in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance;
  • Staying abreast of UX trends and looking for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds;
  • Researching and tracking advancements in mobile application design patterns;
  • Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time;
  • Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers;
  • Working with a range of media and keeping up to date with emerging technologies;

To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of design principles and have excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should also be proficient in industry-standard software such as Attendify, CrowdCompass, DoubleDutch, etc., and have knowledge of HTML and basic graphic skills.

Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent experience;
  • 3-4 years of experience consulting with clients on the design of mobile apps;
  • Proficient with Attendify, CrowdCompass, DoubleDutch, etc., or equivalent;
  • Knowledge of HTML and basic graphic skills;
  • Possess strong technical and data management skills.
