Competitive Sales Role

A leading provider of outsourcing and offshoring consulting services is seeking a talented sales professional to join their team.

This role offers the opportunity to develop strategic relationships with key accounts, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, and oversee account management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and analytical and time-management abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing account volume and profitability, staying up-to-date with new product features and market trends, and suggesting innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of high-quality prospects.
  • Oversee account management and support business leads.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Enhance account volume and profitability.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product features and market trends.
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Marketing/Sales.
  • Proven work experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and time-management skills.
  • Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (especially MS Excel).
