The main goal is to identify opportunities for business growth and create marketing strategies based on those opportunities to meet and exceed revenue goals.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

·Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

·To assist in execution and monitoring trade activations.

·Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

·Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth.

·Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

·Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction.

·Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop innovative business approaches.

·Develop marketing materials, promotional content, and lead-generation strategies.

·Track and report on marketing and sales KPIs to optimize strategies and improve ROI.

Qualification

·Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or related field.

Experience

·With at least 3–4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, and marketing in the FMCG sector.

·Proven experience in managing key accounts of GT / Wholesale / Retail
