Home Textile Merchandising Specialist

About the Role

The ideal candidate will oversee merchandising operations for home textile products, ensuring timely execution and accurate updates on customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise merchandisers to guarantee timely order delivery and coordinate approval processes for raw materials and packaging
  2. Verify customer needs and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams
  3. Maintain open communication with customers regarding approvals and updates
  4. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth operational workflows
  5. Report any product development or delivery issues to management
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
