
Remote Business Growth Manager

This is a work-from-home, full-time position that involves lead generation, creating pitches and presentations for clients across various industries. The role requires maintaining our client database on our sales CRM, negotiating contracts, and onboarding new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and retain the client base by building long-term relationships with existing and new contacts to drive improved volume and revenue growth.
- Collect valuable information from customer and competitor data to identify profitable business opportunities and advise on new product offerings.
- Coordinate with marketing and other internal teams about planned initiatives and client proposals regarding user activation campaigns.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through email marketing tools and bid for projects on freelancing platforms.
- Report on business development status to the head of business development, provide reports on outcomes, and collect consumer insights/feedback to enhance initiatives.
- Conduct research to resolve difficult client issues and follow up on leads at various stages of the sales journey.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on digital marketing and ensure accurate call records are stored in our sales CRM.
