Position Overview:

We are seeking a Tax Analyst with experience in tax (EMEA or US Domestic or SALT) and working knowledge of account reconciliation processes. The candidate should have experience working in teams of 10+ and handling special tax projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and file US Federal and SALT tax returns.
  2. Review Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations and month-end postings.
  3. Coordinate with finance teams and other stakeholders for account reconciliations.
  4. Develop dashboards and reports for tax activities.
  5. Ensure compliance with SOX and internal policies.
  6. Assist in quarterly activities, estimates, and extension filings.
  7. Utilize SAP macros and reports for operational support.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  1. Support onshore teams with GL and tax compliance.
  2. Participate in business meetings and issue resolution.
  3. Respond promptly to management queries.
  4. Provide accurate data for decision-making.

Operational Controls:

  1. Implement proactive controls to identify issues early.
  2. Follow internal control policies and SOX compliance.
  3. Support GL reconciliations through accounting flow knowledge.
  4. Maintain process documentation.
