We are seeking a dedicated and personable professional to act as a liaison between our company and its customers, ensuring excellent service standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels, resolving product or service problems, maintaining accurate customer records, and providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information in the CRM system.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
