About the Role

We are seeking a talented Talent Growth Manager to join our team at WT Microelectronics. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving employee growth and development through the design and implementation of comprehensive talent development programs.

In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with our leadership team to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning initiatives that address these needs. Your expertise in organizational development and talent management will enable you to create effective training programs that equip our staff with the knowledge and skills required to excel in their roles.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of adult learning principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze data and feedback to drive continuous improvement in our learning programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Management Frameworks: Develop and implement comprehensive talent management frameworks designed to attract, nurture, and retain top talent.
  • Training Program Administration: Oversee the administration of training programs, including scheduling, coordination, tracking attendance, and managing budgets.
  • Career Path Frameworks: Create policies, career path frameworks, and talent pipeline programs that support both the immediate and long-term needs of the business.
  • Employee Engagement: Promote a culture of learning and personal development across the organization, encouraging employees to actively participate in training opportunities.
