HR Business Partner

Institute of Performance Management, a leading institution in the field of performance management, seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to support the organization's growth and development.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for quarterly reviewing reporting structures with department heads and ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with organizational needs.
  • They will document revisions in job descriptions, key results areas, and key performance indicators for all positions within the structure as required.
  • A key aspect of this role will be developing job descriptions and KPIs for new positions within the organization.
  • The HR Business Partner will also assist in manpower planning on a quarterly basis by providing relevant data to the Head of HR & OD.
  • Additionally, they will report on manpower additions to the Head of HR & OD along with job analysis and rationale.
  • This position requires performing recruitment activities only for planned and budgeted positions in the organogram.
  • The selected candidate will provide required manpower on time to assigned departments.
  • Conducting selection interviews for all positions is another critical responsibility of this role.
  • Assisting in the execution of the annual 'Management Trainee Officer' (MTO) Program as per policy and procedure is also essential.
  • The HR Business Partner will be responsible for executing the Performance Management System based on JDs, Key Result Areas, and Key Performance Indicators in assigned departments.
  • Fully complying with performance management policy and procedure and executing it in full spirit in assigned departments is mandatory.
  • They will take timely actions if the performance management system seems neglected in any departments due to any reason.
Job Requirements

1. Hands-on experience in Performance Management Systems is essential.

2. Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
