- Utilize expertise in human resource planning to drive business growth and success.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment assessment tools and techniques to optimize the selection process.
Requirements:
- MBA/BBA in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent management, and HR operations.
- Proven track record of successfully leading recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
