We're looking for a skilled IT professional to join our team in Karachi Division.

Job Description

TicketFlow, a leading Canadian tech company, is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer who can work night shifts to align with Canadian business hours. Our cutting-edge AI-powered tools and human expertise provide next-generation support at unmatched value.

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer support tickets via our AI-enhanced system
  • Troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft 365, email, Windows, and common SaaS tools
  • Installing/configuring software and providing remote desktop assistance
  • Maintaining cloud environments (e.g., Azure, Google Workspace)
  • Communicating clearly with clients in fluent English
  • Escalating or resolving issues in a timely, professional manner
  • Contributing to improving documentation and internal knowledge base
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • At least 3 years of IT support/helpdesk experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, email setups
  • Experience with RDP, AnyDesk, or similar remote support tools
  • Fluent written and spoken English (must be comfortable with clients)
  • Willingness to work night shift hours consistently
  • High-speed internet connection required (minimum 20 Mbps) — cost reimbursed monthly
