Laptop and Computer Department Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Laptop and Computer Department Manager to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals who research, list, and maintain computing-related products on our website.

Your duties will include finding local and international prices and vendors for computer/laptop-related products, maintaining healthy business relationships with vendors, coordinating and assisting customers in finding the right products that meet their needs, and guiding customers about products' technicalities.

You will also be responsible for quoting prices for products that customers want to sell back to us under an exchange facility, handling callback requests from customers, and maintaining competitive pricing while ensuring a sufficient profit margin.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Research and list computing-related products on our website.
  2. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of computing-related products.
  3. Finding local and international prices and vendors for computer/laptop-related products.
  4. Maintaining healthy business relationships with vendors.
  5. Coordinating and assisting customers in finding the right products that meet their needs.
  6. Guiding customers about products' technicalities.
  7. Quoting prices for products that customers want to sell back to us under an exchange facility.
  8. Handling callback requests from customers.
  9. Maintaining competitive pricing while ensuring a sufficient profit margin.

Requirements

  • Deep and comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware.
  • Ability to provide technical support with satisfactory reasoning.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac GUI and hardware.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Able to assemble/disassemble computer hardware.
  • Understanding customers' needs and providing information accordingly.
  • Efficient work habits.
  • Strong work ethic and high productivity.
  • Professionalism and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent English and Urdu communication skills.
