The Citizen Foundation invites applications for the position of Alumni Pathways Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding TCF alumni through the tertiary education process.
Main Responsibilities- To oversee the successful implementation of the TCF Tertiary Support Program, prioritizing excellent outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
- To assess student suitability for tertiary education, adhering to TCF's established policy guidelines and best practices.
- To provide career counseling and support to students at various stages of their academic journey, from intermediate to university level.
- To engage with alumni, offering socio-emotional counseling and support to facilitate their academic success.
- To create customized programs and interventions addressing the diverse counseling needs of alumni.
- To foster partnerships with universities, ensuring streamlined processes and enhanced student experiences.
