We are seeking an experienced Strategic Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers. Your primary goal will be to understand the customers' needs and goals, and to ensure that they are driving maximum value from our offerings. You will work closely with our customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and to develop and execute strategies to achieve these goals. In addition, you will provide training and support to our customers, and conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure that they are achieving their desired outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in B2B settings, and will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a positive and collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers.
  • Identify Opportunities: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop and execute strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Provide Training and Support: Provide training and support to our customers to ensure that they are getting the most out of our offerings.
  • Conduct Regular Check-Ins: Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with our customers to ensure that they are achieving their desired outcomes.
