Cleaner Job Description

The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment within the facilities.

  • Key responsibilities include cleaning and disinfecting commonly touched surfaces, maintaining good hygiene practices, and ensuring that office and residential facilities are clean and in proper working order.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  1. Daily wiping and cleaning of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  2. Daily dusting and mopping of floors.
  3. Collecting kitchenware from offices and meeting rooms and washing dishes on a daily basis.
  4. Cleaning and disinfecting toilets daily, conducting ongoing checks to ensure they are stocked with toilet paper, soap, and hand towels.
  5. Housekeeping of all guesthouse rooms and premises.
  6. Cleaning windows and doors.
  7. Informing management when supplies are low.
  8. Cleaning site entry areas, public areas, meeting rooms, clinics, reception areas, and halls daily.
  9. Cleaning toilets at least five times a day, including bowls, basins, mirrors, walls, and floors; maintaining supplies and noting completion on the Toilet Check Sheet.
  10. Cleaning and wiping building entrance glass doors and frames.
  11. Frequently cleaning all desks and chairs.
  12. Providing tea/mineral water service to visitors as required.
