Job Description

At our organization, we are seeking a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Digital Content Manager to oversee the development and execution of engaging social media content. This individual will play a pivotal role in cultivating and maintaining a strong online presence, staying ahead of industry trends, and driving growth across various platforms.


The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media management, with a proven track record of driving organic reach and engagement. They will be obsessed with trends, memes, and storytelling, and possess strong writing skills to craft catchy captions and hooks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and post high-quality content across Instagram, Facebook, Threads, WhatsApp Channel, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) using Buffer and native tools.
  • Maintain platform consistency and follow content calendars to ensure timely execution.
  • Actively monitor automotive, pop culture, meme, and audio trends to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Pitch and post viral-style content that resonates with our audience.
  • Monitor reach, shares, and follower growth to measure performance.
  • Regularly suggest content angles and experiments based on trending formats and audience behavior.
  • Track and report content performance via analytics tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of hands-on social media experience.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and content planning.
  • Proficiency with meta-business suite, Buffer, LinkedIn Analytics, X Pro (formerly TweetDeck), Canva for quick edits or text-based creatives, WhatsApp Channels management, performance tracking in Google Sheets, and video editing in CapCut.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
