Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Chief Manager - Project Control. As a seasoned professional with at least 9 years of experience, you will be responsible for assisting in strategic planning, designing and budgeting of engineering projects.

The successful candidate will work towards delivery of projects while adhering to stringent timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop design protocols and technical specifications for procurement of materials.
  • Create detailed drawings and Bill of Quantity.
  • Prepare write-up of Revenue Requirements for Projects executed by P&D department.
  • Evaluate and ensure completeness of design documents in accordance with international standards being followed in the gas industry.
  • Collaborate with the accounts team to create and manage project budgets.
  • Oversee the utilization of budget for pipeline projects and ensure that expenses remain within approved limits.
  • Develop mitigation and alternative strategies to stay within approved budget.
  • Establish effective change management procedures to adjust project plans as necessary.
  • Develop and implement strong risk management techniques to recognize, analyze, and mitigate possible problems.
  • Monitor and assess project performance against defined parameters.
  • Promote the creation and implementation of stringent quality control procedures across all project phases.
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding project budgets, monitoring & control, schedule, scope etc.
  • Optimize the allocation of resources for project teams.
