As a Business Growth Strategist, you will partner with key customers to drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with complex accounts.

  • Develop strategic partnerships with executive-level clients and understand their businesses to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to align customer pain points with Motive's solution.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to unique client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize growth opportunities for customers.
  • Manage contract renewals and minimize churn through proactive communication and strategic account planning.
  • Proactively resolve issues by identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Strategically plan to meet and exceed sales goals and revenue targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree and/or extensive experience working with B2B clients in the US, Canada, or UK.
  • 4+ years of relevant or transferable work experience in end-to-end sales or account management.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills.
