Zameen.com is looking to hire a passionate candidate for its Talent Acquisition Specialist position based in Lahore.

About Us:

Zameen.com is Pakistan's Largest Online Real Estate Portal, connecting buyers with sellers within and outside the country. The company started its initial funding round in 2012 with angel investors and venture capital firms. Subsequent rounds in late 2015 and early 2016 brought the total funding to $29 million.

Job Description:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for corporate positions at Zameen.com, including sourcing, interviewing, managing stakeholders, negotiating offers, and onboarding candidates. You will represent the company and ensure a positive candidate experience while improving recruitment processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Foster relationships with business leaders to meet departmental hiring requirements.
  • Develop and update job descriptions in collaboration with HR leaders.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and source suitable candidates.
  • Manage ATS and recruitment tools to build talent pools.
  • Assess applicant qualifications through interviews and evaluations.
  • Conduct background checks, negotiate offers, and close positions promptly.
  • Participate in career fairs and employer branding activities.
  • Generate reports on recruitment metrics.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.
  • Knowledge of selection methods and techniques.
  • Working knowledge of ATS and databases.
  • BBA/MBA in Business Administration.
