
Sales Director – SMB

This role involves managing the daily activities of the sales team, fostering new profit streams within customer accounts, and providing weekly progress reports against set responsibilities and metrics.
- Deep knowledge of the small to medium business (SMB) sales market is required.
- Achieving annual sales targets is a key performance indicator.
- Driving year-over-year growth within assigned accounts is essential.
- Managing daily team issues and resolving procurement and service sales issues with division leaders are crucial tasks.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of B2B sales experience, including experience leading sales managers and teams. A proven track record of revenue and gross profit growth, pipeline development skills, and strong reporting capabilities are also necessary.
The successful candidate will be able to lead the team to surpass annual targets, manage customer interactions, and maintain ERP/CRM hygiene. Additionally, they will be responsible for holding weekly meetings with division leaders to discuss team issues and preparing high-level presentations.
