Sales Growth Leader – SMB

This position involves overseeing the daily operations of the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with global teams to expand business.

  • The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the SMB sales market in the US and the ability to drive year-over-year growth within assigned accounts.
  • Achieving annual sales targets and managing daily team issues are crucial tasks.
  • The successful candidate will be able to grow sales pipelines through monthly forecasting, support team training, and foster a learning culture.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who can lead our sales team to success. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of B2B sales experience, including experience leading sales managers and teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, maintaining ERP/CRM hygiene, and holding weekly meetings with division leaders to discuss team issues. Additionally, they will be responsible for preparing high-level presentations and reporting on team pipeline and growth opportunities.
