Lead and manage e-commerce projects to drive business growth.

This role requires collaboration across marketing, technology, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives, campaigns, and platform enhancements. The ideal candidate is organized, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of e-commerce projects (website updates, promotional campaigns, new feature rollouts, third-party integrations, etc.)
  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, IT, product, logistics, and customer service.
  • Ensure e-commerce projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Identify project risks and issues early; manage mitigation and resolution strategies.
  • Use tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com for project tracking and reporting.
  • Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, site performance, and customer feedback during and after project execution.
  • Manage vendor relationships related to e-commerce technology (platforms, payment gateways, logistics APIs, etc.)
  • Support ongoing optimization of the online shopping experience (UX/UI, checkout process, mobile responsiveness).
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful elements and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving digital environment.
