The Territory Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in formulating and executing sales strategies for designated territories or products within the food services division.
Main Responsibilities- Foster growth by leveraging existing relationships and cultivating new connections in the food service industry.
- Develop strong, frontline relationships with assigned customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Coordinate logistics and delivery of merchandise and services to meet customer demands.
- Evaluate market potential to establish new accounts and achieve sales targets.
- Prioritize exceptional customer service to drive client satisfaction.
- Implement local marketing initiatives and promotions to enhance brand visibility and performance.
- Monitor and maintain pricing and contracts with customers to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost standards are met.
- Gather insights into market trends, technologies, and challenges impacting sales.
- Collaborate with other divisions and clients to drive business results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Business acumen and financial planning expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A graduate degree is required, and 3-6 years of relevant experience is preferred.
