Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our district office and team as a District Coordinator. This role involves managing the district-level team, maintaining liaison with district EPI, and developing plans in line with approved WorkPlans and targets.

Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Manage district office/district level team effectively.
  • Liaison and Collaboration: Maintain close liaison with district EPI regarding microplanning and HPV campaign.
  • Planning and Reporting: Develop quarterly and monthly plans in accordance with approved WorkPlans and targets, and share with program manager. Provide regular feedback to program manager on progress.
  • Capacity Building: Organize capacity building training, workshops, and meetings for staff on project interventions.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor all project-related activities at the district and community level.
  • Coordination and Communication: Regularly organize coordination meetings, share meeting minutes with Program Manager, and act on action points raised in the meetings.
  • Reporting and Data Management: Ensure timely submission of monthly reports to Program Manager and maintain accurate data bases (MIS, training, and log data) at district level.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct monitoring and supervisory visits at district level to ensure quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a Master's degree in Public Health or related field, along with relevant experience in project management and team leadership.
