Asset Sales Officer: Building Meaningful Relationships

  • Implement sales plans to achieve growth objectives by establishing micro-level delivery plans with Business Managers/Relationship Managers.
  • Sell products by developing relationships with customers according to bank standards.
  • Achieve sales targets through genuine sales practices, adhering to bank policies.
  • Earn target achievement by avoiding unethical lending practices.
  • Contribute to profitability through loan sales and customer acquisition.
  • Market products and develop strategies accordingly.
  • Possess persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Identify business opportunities through prospecting and evaluating industry position.
  • Evaluate customer profiles using credit criteria.
  • Communicate product terms and conditions to customers.
  • Verify prospective clients' performance and ensure timely loan repayment.
  • Ensure proactive collection and communicate effectively to prevent misuse.
  • Handle customer documents carefully.
  • Guide customers on depositing loan repayments.
  • Avoid cash handling; follow strict procedures if necessary.
  • Prepare field activity plans and discuss deviations with the Line Manager.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings as per product programs.
  • Book loans in compliance with bank policies and standards.
  • Continuously update knowledge of products and services.
  • Research new selling opportunities and review existing markets.
  • Meet internal service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Report fraud or potential loss cases to the Line Manager/HOD.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs to protect the bank's reputation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution; MBA preferred.
  • 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
