Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Fitness Professional to lead our team. As a Fitness Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness programs for clients based on their goals and needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct initial fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their fitness goals, limitations, and medical history.
  2. Design tailored workout plans that incorporate cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and flexibility exercises.
  3. Instruct and demonstrate proper form for each exercise to ensure safety and effectiveness.
  4. Monitor clients' progress and adjust the workout plan as needed to help them reach their goals.
  5. Provide ongoing encouragement, motivation, and support to keep clients accountable and motivated.
  6. Educate clients on the importance of proper nutrition and offer guidance on healthy eating habits.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized workout space at all times.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Fitness Trainer or relevant certification in fitness training.
  • Passion for health and fitness with knowledge of current trends and research in the industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from different backgrounds.
  • Ability to create effective workout plans for individuals with varying fitness levels and limitations.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients at once.
  • Physically fit with good stamina.
