Nanosoft Technologies is on the outlook for the position of Program Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage, Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team.
  • Define and enforce best practices in software development, architecture, and delivery.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability and continuous learning.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent to support the growth and scalability of the technology department.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure engineering performance.
  • Define the long-term technical vision and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team, staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Make architectural decisions for scalability, performance, and security.
  • Responsible for execution and delivery of projects across multiple teams within budget and timeline with high quality.
  • Ensure that all engineering projects adhere to industry standards and best practices.
  • Parallelly develop product development team.
  • Plan and execute migration towards enterprise services.
  • Oversee the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Promote DevOps practices for faster and reliable deployments.
  • Work closely with Development, Design, QA, PMs and DevOps to drive development cycles.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions, while monitoring and addressing technical issues, risks, and challenges to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
