Program Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to join our dynamic team, working directly with the Office of the CEO. This role involves managing and coordinating various projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless operation and execution of ongoing office needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with an onsite program manager in the CEO office and executive team to identify and prioritize projects and initiatives.

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Prepare and present regular updates and reports to the CEO and executive team.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and business plans.

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the CEO's office and other departments.

  • Manage and oversee the execution of special projects and events as assigned by the CEO.

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the CEO's office, handling administrative tasks and office logistics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

  • Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in a corporate setting.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills
:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Dynamics 365, and other relevant software.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
