About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Business Growth Specialist to join our team at PKGIFT. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth and expansion within your assigned territory.

Your primary responsibility will be to achieve volume margin growth and other targets set by the region. To achieve this, you will work closely with various levels of management to plan, develop, and implement programs and promotions that drive business results.

As a Regional Business Growth Specialist, you will be an effective business counselor to wholesalers, providing them with insights and advice on how to grow their business. You will understand the wholesalers' business model, company structure, and site-level economics, and use this knowledge to make informed recommendations.

You will also be responsible for leveraging programs and available resources to sell the brand and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of wholesalers. Additionally, you will ensure that wholesalers understand the importance of site staff in delivering customer commitment.

This role requires strong analytical, interpretive, and evaluative skills, as you will be defining and resolving complex situations and problems. You will also act as a liaison between internal support services and wholesalers to assist with operational excellence issues like invoicing, credit, supply, pricing, and contracts.

Finally, you will provide input on market movement and recommend changes to remain competitive, and complete Market Opportunity Reports to identify new areas for growth.
