Maintenance Operations Supervisor

To oversee maintenance operations in a production environment, ensuring smooth machine performance and providing technical support as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent supervisory skills, a strong mechanical or electronics background, and experience in similar roles.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate inventory levels of spare parts and ensure timely updates to the Engineering Stores.
- Implement PM checklists and coordinate with Production for corrective maintenance requirements.
- Ensure proper CMMS system implementation and address equipment-related breakdowns efficiently.
- Verify calibration and tagging of equipment, maintaining records and updating instrument status.
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives for Operational Excellence Projects.
- Support engineering and stakeholders in validation activities and documentation completion.
- Ensure compliance with TP-13 requirements and participate in Quality and EHS Level 2 audits.
- Minimize electronic breakdowns and achieve target OEE values for machines.
