Senior Event Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading multiple internal projects to enhance our project management process.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with our development and event setup teams to ensure timely delivery of event customization and client requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full event lifecycle from pre-sales to post-event closure calls to ensure successful event delivery.
- Lead the project team by motivating team members to meet project goals, responsibilities, and milestones.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical accuracy, scalability, and quality of events.
- Develop and deliver reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in technology, computer science, or IT preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to influence, facilitate, and enhance performance.
- Decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions, and prioritizing tasks.
