Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conceptualise, plan, and execute events hosted by Kickstart—from venue selection and promotion to on-site management.
  2. Collaborate with third-party partners to bring their events to Kickstart. Manage logistics, and ensure seamless integration with our brand.
  3. Ensure all events reflect Kickstart's values and elevate the overall workspace experience.
  4. Develop and manage relationships with external businesses to negotiate exclusive benefits for Kickstart members.
  5. Maintain ongoing communication and manage partnership agreements to maximise mutual value.
  6. Coordinate the procurement, inventory, and distribution of branded merchandise gifts for customers and stakeholders.
  7. Work closely with Member Experience function to align events with the needs of Kickstart Community.
  8. Track performance metrics for events, partnerships, and merchandise efforts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
