We are seeking a skilled Bidder to engage with our clients on Upwork. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience bidding on and winning projects, along with some technical knowledge of IT.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant IT projects
  • Create compelling proposals that showcase expertise and skills
  • Communicate with potential clients to address their concerns
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Manage the bidding process for multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience bidding on and winning projects on Upwork
  • Some technical knowledge of IT
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during regular business hours (9am-5pm EST)

This is a remote position that requires a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home.
