About the Position:

We are seeking a talented Client Onboarding Specialist to oversee the implementation of HubSpot strategy, client communication, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in sales calls to demonstrate HubSpot capabilities and create tailored solutions for clients
  • Create strategic HubSpot implementation plans based on client goals and objectives
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned client projects, ensuring clarity and alignment from pre-sale to execution
  • Project management and execution, including task assignment and cross-functional collaboration
  • Client communication and reporting, including progress meetings and performance analysis

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, with experience in Sales, Marketing, or Service Hub
  • Previous experience in client success, project management, or digital strategy roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain attention to detail

A Typical Workday:

You will start your day by reviewing current project statuses, client feedback, and task assignments. Then, you may jump on a sales call to support a demo or help map a solution. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with internal teams, monitor project timelines, document strategy updates, and analyze HubSpot data to drive performance reviews.
