About the Role

The HR Talent Acquisition Expert is responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment, from requisition to onboarding. This encompasses creating a robust talent pipeline, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and aligning with organisational needs and policies.

The role involves various responsibilities such as:

  • Managing the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Partnering with HR Business Partners and line managers to understand requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for critical roles, focusing on technical skills and industry expertise.
  • Ensuring accurate use of ATS systems for requisitions, postings, and tracking progress.
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives and providing market intelligence on hiring trends, leveraging data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Maintaining dashboards and recruitment KPIs for reporting and compliance purposes.
  • Ensuring adherence to company recruitment policies, compensation frameworks, and approval processes.
  • Supporting the governance model by monitoring recruitment SLAs, compliance checks, and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant HR experience in an engineering setup, preferably in corporate environments.
  • Strong experience with ATS/HR systems and proficiency in SAP HCM (Human Capital Management).
  • Exposure to corporate environments in engineering, construction, or manufacturing sectors, with a focus on stakeholder management and candidate engagement.
  • Familiarity with employer branding, market mapping, and recruitment analytics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
Education
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, with a focus on business acumen and analytical skills.
