Leading Cloud-Based Product Development

Digital transformation is changing the way businesses operate, and technology leaders play a crucial role in driving this change. As a Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a set of cloud-based products independently and contributing to their growth.

You will work as an infrastructure technical expert in our R&D team, participating in the design and development of our products. We use core Java technologies, and you could do short missions to customers for integration and support.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong passion for technology and leadership. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and growth.

We are looking for a motivated individual who can prioritize efforts that improve the overall architecture, software quality, testability, maintainability, and efficiency of our products.

You will also be responsible for communicating and providing strategic inputs to senior leadership. This requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cloud-based product development independently
  • Participate in design and development of products
  • Work as an infrastructure technical expert in R&D team
  • Communicate with senior leadership
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Experience with public/private cloud IaaS platforms, Function-as-a-Service frameworks, and edge computing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
