We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Creativity and Partnership Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships with influencers and content creators across various platforms.

About the Role

This is a key position that will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with creators, managing pipelines, and creating incentive programs to drive growth. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a data-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of influencers & creators across multiple platforms.
  • Pitch, negotiate, and close partnership deals that bring creators onto our platform.
  • Guide creators through onboarding → activation → first campaign launch.
  • Develop incentive programs, referral schemes, and growth challenges for creators.
  • Track performance and optimize campaigns based on data.
  • Work closely with the Content/Creative team to deliver assets for creators.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or talent management.
  • A proven record of closing creator deals and hitting growth targets.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills — comfortable in DMs, email, and calls.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram ecosystems.
  • Data-driven mindset — you care about performance, not vanity metrics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Signing and activating new creators every month.
  • Building long-term creator relationships that drive adoption.
  • Designing repeatable playbooks for outreach, onboarding, and retention.
  • Hitting measurable KPIs tied to creators onboarded, active campaigns, and ROI.
