
Director Assistant Coordinator

This is a full-time on-site role based in Karachi, Pakistan.
You will be responsible for managing information, scheduling meetings, drafting emails, and supporting general administrative tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Schedule Management: Manage the schedules and calendars of senior executives, ensuring timely coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and other events, both internally and externally.
- Travel Support: Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, as well as handling insurance-related tasks.
- Email Drafting: Draft emails on behalf of senior executives, maintaining a professional tone and format.
- Technical Proficiency: Be tech-savvy and proficient in managing social media platforms.
- Information Security: Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain proper organization and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field from a reputable university or institute.
- 1-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Familiarity with technology and social media management is a plus.
