Role Purpose
As the Senior SAP SuccessFactors Specialist, you will oversee the design and implementation of innovative solutions within the SuccessFactors platform. With expertise as a technical advisor, you will drive configuration, customization, and integration of SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements while adhering to best practices.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement SuccessFactors solutions across key modules.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify system improvements and align solutions with business objectives.
  • Provide expert technical guidance, recommending best practices, system optimizations, and capability enhancements.
  • Manage SuccessFactors project lifecycles from start to finish, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

Requirements
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in leading development efforts across various modules. Your expertise should include multiple SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, LMS, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, as well as deep understanding of SuccessFactors architecture and integration frameworks. Proficiency in Integration Centre Tools, Boomi, and CPI is highly desirable. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is mandatory, and additional SAP certifications are considered advantageous.
