Strategic HR Partner - Corporate Functions

This is a challenging role for an experienced HR professional who can work strategically with corporate functions to improve leadership, performance, talent development, and workforce readiness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in leadership development, change management, and organizational design in a corporate or cross-functional environment. They should also have excellent communication, mentoring, and influencing skills, as well as experience with HR analytics, digital tools, and HR operating models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Partnering: Work closely with corporate function heads to co-create people solutions that support delivery of business goals while improving team efficiency and engagement.
  • Leadership Development: Offer strategic HR mentorship across core pillars including organizational design, talent, learning, reward, inclusion & culture, and employee experience.
  • Talent Reviews and Succession Planning: Drive talent reviews and succession planning to build strong leadership pipelines in each corporate function.
  • HR Data and Analytics: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of HR data and analytics to support decision-making and business planning.
  • Change Management: Lead the implementation of values-based leadership and performance frameworks aligned with company culture.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 6+ years of HR experience with at least 2+ years in a strategic HRBP capacity.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong business insight and collaborator experience, especially with senior leadership; excellent communication, mentoring, and influencing skills; experience with HR analytics, digital tools, and HR operating models.
