Product Listing Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage and optimize product listings on Amazon. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain accurate, high-quality catalog data.


The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and optimizing Amazon listings, ensuring product data accuracy and compliance with Amazon's listing guidelines. They will also handle flat file uploads, listing errors, suppressions, and stranded inventory resolutions.


A key aspect of this role is regular communication with clients to understand product details, resolve listing issues, and ensure smooth catalog operations. The Product Listing Manager will also monitor catalog performance and suggest improvements based on data and Amazon best practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and optimize Amazon listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, keywords, and variations)
  • Ensure product data accuracy and compliance with Amazon's listing guidelines
  • Handle flat file uploads, listing errors, suppressions, and stranded inventory resolutions
  • Coordinate with design, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure listings reflect current product information
  • Communicate with clients regularly to gather product details, provide updates, resolve issues, and align on strategy
  • Monitor catalog performance and suggest improvements based on data and Amazon best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience managing Amazon catalogs or Seller Central
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Excel, including experience with flat file templates
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience working with clients and maintaining professional communication

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Amazon SEO tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout)
  • Knowledge of Amazon FBA operations and listing compliance workflows
