Primary Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, providing guidance to the marketing team
  • Market Research and Insights: Conduct extensive market research, gathering data on emerging trends, competitors, and business opportunities
  • Campaign Execution and Management: Oversee all marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Team Development and Training: Coach and mentor the marketing team on best practices, digital marketing trends, and corporate branding aspects
  • Brand Extension and Outreach: Expand the brand's reach globally, initiating targeted promotional campaigns to boost brand visibility
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Facilitate open communication between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values
  • Project Coordination and Resource Optimization: Efficiently manage project workflows, allocate resources to maximize results
  • Reputation Enhancement and Public Relations: Leverage proactive public relations and media engagement to elevate the corporate image

Core Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • Experience in senior marketing roles with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Sound analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in digital marketing principles, tools, and technologies
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience
