Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development:Monitor sales performance, achieve business plans, develop key accounts, and maintain customer relationships.
  • Service:Ensure excellent customer service, coordinate with site line managers to retain customers, respond to complaints, and meet with customers for feedback.
  • Site Operations:Coordinate operational machines, tools, and equipment, share observations, and ensure smooth site operations.
  • New Developments and Expansions:Visit areas to develop new transporters, agricultural agencies, and companies, explore new sales channels, and monitor competitors' activities.
  • Customer Marketing-Partial:Plan, organize, implement, and control promotional marketing initiatives, contribute to brand development, and handle customer complaints.
  • Supply Chain Partial:Plan purchases based on projected requirements, ensure fuel inventory, and maintain it at all sites as per business requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability, and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to motivate employees to work as a team to meet sale and service standards.
  • Good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff and clients.
  • Coordination of multiple tasks such as sales, service, operations, and administration control.
  • Handling pressures of coordinating various activities and recommending solutions to Petroleum Sales & Service problems.
  • Experience in developing and implementing petroleum business policies and procedures.
  • Influencing, persuading, coaching, and negotiating skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, email, and the Internet.
  • Strong time management, co-operative, and supportive team player abilities to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing or sales operations.
  • Age: 28-36 years.
  • Language: Preferably Pashto speaking.
  • Salary: Market competitive salary.
