Regional Sales Operations Head Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned sales operations leader to head our regional sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our organization and drive sales growth in the renewable energy sector.

The Regional Sales Operations Head will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and managing sales teams to achieve targets.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to think strategically. You will also need to be proficient in data analysis and able to interpret complex market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands market share.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Budget planning and management.
  • Mentor and develop junior sales staff.

Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent qualification.
  • 9-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
