Workplace Wellbeing Specialist

As a Workplace Wellbeing Specialist, you will play a critical role in promoting employee wellbeing and productivity in the workplace.

Your primary objective will be to design and implement strategies that enhance employee job satisfaction, reduce stress, and improve overall organisational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and delivering training programs on stress management, time management, and other topics related to workplace wellbeing.
  • Conducting workshops and seminars on effective communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to employee wellbeing.
  • Collaborating with HR and management to identify areas for improvement in workplace wellbeing.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of wellbeing initiatives and making recommendations for future improvements.
Improving the Hiring Process:

The hiring process can be improved by incorporating assessments that evaluate a candidate's potential for job satisfaction and organisational fit.

Addressing Human Resource Issues:

A Workplace Wellbeing Specialist helps employees who are struggling with work-related issues, such as stress and burnout. They provide guidance on maintaining a healthy work-life balance and support employees in achieving their goals.

Optimizing Workplace and Process:

Negotiation and Persuasion:

You will need to negotiate with stakeholders to secure resources and support for wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, education, or business.

Work mode: Office based.

Shift Time: 10am-7pm.
