Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HRIS, US laws, and human resources systems administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for full cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. They will also partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and develop role-specific recruiting strategies.

  • Recruit top talent for all roles, including frontline retail, management, and corporate support positions.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source qualified candidates through active outreach, employee referrals, and online tools.
  • Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and gather hiring manager feedback.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Adhere to timelines, compliance, and confidentiality standards.

Data & Reporting:

  • Analyze recruitment data to track KPIs and measure hiring efficiency and quality.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruiting performance reports.
  • Present insights to leadership and recommend improvements based on data trends.

HRIS Administration:

  • Manage human resources information systems (HRIS).
  • Oversee the candidate lifecycle from application to hire.
  • Ensure HRIS data is accurate and synced between systems.

Onboarding Programs:

  • Create and maintain onboarding checklists and schedules.
  • Deliver a consistent and high-quality onboarding experience.
  • Monitor onboarding progress and provide touch points during the first 90 days.

Required Skills & Traits:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, specifically within Telecom Operations, Store Management, and related domains.
  • Deep understanding of the US job market, industry trends, regulations, and compensation structures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
