Senior Human Resources Professional

The role of Senior Human Resources Professional is pivotal in shaping the company's human resources and administration landscape. This key position involves crafting and implementing HR strategies that align seamlessly with the organization's overarching mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute HR initiatives in line with the overall business strategy, ensuring optimal alignment and success.
  • Bridge the gap between management and employee relations by addressing grievances, demands, or other pressing issues with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department, guaranteeing efficient delivery of services.
  • Navigate and resolve complex employee relations matters, upholding the highest standards of fairness and respect.
  • Offer guidance and coaching to managers on HR policies and procedures, empowering them to make informed decisions.
  • Play a crucial part in talent acquisition, talent management, and succession planning processes, identifying and nurturing top performers.
  • Evaluate benefits administration, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and employment legislation, guaranteeing the organization remains compliant and competitive.
  • Support the recruitment process, including interviewing and hiring new employees, fostering a culture of inclusivity and excellence.
  • Develop comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, setting them up for success within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Possesses a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR management, demonstrating expertise and depth.
  • Has a solid understanding of HR laws and regulations, staying up-to-date on changing landscape.
  • Exhibits exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, inspiring trust and confidence in others.
  • Is able to build and maintain robust relationships with employees at all levels, promoting collaboration and teamwork.
