- Bid on online platforms to secure new projects.
- Develop business strategies to promote web designing, web development, mobile apps development, software development, and digital marketing services.
- Identify and research new online business opportunities, establishing connections with clients to understand their needs.
- Collaborate with the team to create proposals that cater to clients' requirements, concerns, and objectives.
- Coordinate information within the team to produce accurate bids.
- Pursue potential new clients and convert them into increased business.
- Foster regular communication with clients, addressing inquiries and queries in a timely manner.
- Establish relationships with existing and new clients through various channels, including emails, Skype, and phone calls.
- Select and evaluate suitable online projects.
- Gather insights for the technical team, negotiate deals, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Recognize and engage with decision-makers within client organizations.
- Research online and build relationships with new clients to drive business growth.
- Organize meetings between client decision-makers and our leaders/principals.
- Participate in pricing solutions/services.
- Submit weekly progress reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain accurate data entry and management within our CRM or sales management system.
- Forecast online sales targets and guarantee they are met by the team.
- Monitor and record account activity, contributing to deal closure and target achievement.
- Collaborate with marketing staff to ensure prerequisites (such as prequalification or vendor listing) are fulfilled efficiently.
- Empower team members to represent the company positively.
- Achieve revenue targets: monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in online bidding and lead generation across multiple platforms.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Proven expertise in crafting proposals for bidding projects.
- Understanding of the online sales process, including lead generation and conversion.
- Fluent written and spoken English language proficiency.
- Ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
