About This Role
This HR Operations Manager role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of HR operations at DPL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance, accuracy, and employee satisfaction. This role requires a strong focus on process execution with attention to detail, employee experience, and continuous improvement in HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Onboarding and Documentation: Manage pre-onboarding processes, collect and accurately file employee documentation, and create/update records in HR systems.
  • Probation and Performance Management: Oversee probation completion, conduct meetings, share feedback, and manage performance review cycles.
  • Employee Relations and Retention: Address employee concerns, organize engagement initiatives, and maintain/monitor retention data.
  • Policy Management and Compliance: Ensure policies are up-to-date and effectively communicated, collaborate with leadership to update policy manuals.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Maintain HR update sheets, coordinate with finance, oversee benefits, and manage EOBI registration.
  • Offboarding and Exit Management: Oversee resignation approvals, clearance processes, and exit formalities.

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, employee performance management, payroll and benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and tech-savviness.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
